USER CALIBRATION IS TAKING TOO LONG...
THE MANNEQUIN CALIBRATION ISN'T WORKING...WHAT'S WRONG?
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED A PART REPLACED?

Sometimes the camera will pick up other people in the background (indicated by a gray box), which causes the calibration to stall.  Make sure that the user is the only person in the camera's view and your issue should be resolved!

Chances are your lighting isn't ideal. First, make sure that your mannequin and trainer are set up in a well-lit area. This means no shadows cast on the mannequin and ample (but not overwhelming) light in the room. We've provided a meter for you in the calibration process that indicates whether the camera has to compensate for poor lighting. This meter will tell you which calibration process will work best for your environment!

If part of your CPR Trainer is defective, we want to fix it as soon as possible. Let us know right away through the support inquiry contact form below or by calling the support desk number. Be sure to check the warranty guide we've provided for you. Each guide has been filled out specifically for your trainer with individual warranty information (dates, serial numbers, coverage and contact information) and is accompanied by the manufacturer's warranty guide for each piece of hardware.
